We had a bunch of asparagus and asparagus potatoes lying around in our kitchen so we thought, why not make an asparagus and potato pie? You can eat this pie just as it is (a vegetarian dish) or serve it with some grilled sausages (chorizo, kabanoss, etc.) and a lovely mix salad! A perfect lunch in other words :)
