We made a swedish princess cake the other day. It's super easy to make and tastes delicious! 

We had a bunch of asparagus and asparagus potatoes lying around in our kitchen so we thought, why not make an asparagus and potato pie? You can eat this pie just as it is (a vegetarian dish) or serve it with some grilled sausages (chorizo, kabanoss, etc.) and a lovely mix salad! A perfect lunch in other words :)

Chocolate, Coconut and Vanilla Love!

We had a craving for coconut, chocolate and vanilla yesterday so we decided to create a cake out of these three flavors. And this is the cake that came out! :) It's really moisty and rich. Even tough we used a 15 cm cake pan it's enough for 10 ppl (at least) as it's 4 layered cake. Hope you enjoy it!

We've been so hooked on quotes lately. Somehow the right quote can give a smile, a thought, a reflection, a feeling, a sadness, or bring back a great memory.

A different snack for your drink

We had a couple of friends over for dinner a few weekends ago and we wanted something to serve something different with the drinks and cocktails. The result turned out to be rosemary and cheese cookies and some cheese and hazelnut cookies. These cookies are buttery and is a great mix between sweet and salty :) They're super easy to make and are great with ice cold white wine.
